Tasks and Responsibilities

  1. Review and amend legal documents, including but not limited to agreements, power of attorneys, NOCs according to clients’ needs.
  2. Draft agreements such as shareholders’ agreements, sales and purchase agreements, loan agreements, etc.
  3. Draft terms and conditions and privacy policies for websites and applications.
  4. Provide written legal advice to clients on issues related to UAE Laws.
  5. Draft legal notices to client before litigation.
  6. Draft wills and advise clients on estate planning issues.
  7. Handle trademarks inquiries for clients who have paid, or for potential clients.
  8. Work on business development as agreed in set goals.

Requirements

  1. Fluent in English Language skills (Essential)
  2. Bachelor\’s degree in Law from a reputable university.
  3. Must have UAE work experience, knowledge of UAE Law
  4. Excellent English communication skills in addition (Written and Verbal Essential)
  5. Minimum 4 years’ experience in UAE.
