Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Monitoring the reporting manager’s emails and responding on their behalf if required.
  2. Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
  3. Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings if required.
  4. Typing, compiling, and preparing correspondence.
  5. Answering phone calls when required and directed.
  6. Reminding the manager of important tasks and deadlines.
  7. Liaise with clients and business guests.
  8. Liaise with employees on behalf of manager if and when required.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in the same position for 1+ years.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge of company formation and business setup processes in UAE is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable college.
  • Ability to follow instructions and perform a wide range of tasks.
  • Excellent writing skills while maintaining speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Discretion and trustworthiness.
  • The ability to be proactive and take initiative.
