Wills Consultant

We are looking for a Wills Executive/Paralegal who can assist our legal team with drafting and managing clients. It involves overseeing and managing the operations related to Wills and Powers of Attorney documentation and its associated processes within our company.

Responsibilities

The overall objective is to provide essential legal, administrative, and operational support to the legal team.

  • Drafting, typing, and translating legal and official documents (e.g., Wills, Power of Attorney, Board Resolutions, MOA/AOA, etc.).
  • Conducting legal research to obtain up-to-date information related to our services.
  • Preparing and filing documents with courts or notaries for notarization across different jurisdictions.
  • Coordinating and following up with vendors/service providers (e.g., judicial departments, private notaries, attestation agencies, etc.).
  • Communicating with clients and team members during service delivery, guiding clients through required processes.
  • Assisting with the notarization, attestation, or legalization of documents.
  • Providing support with various operational and administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (preferred), Business Administration, or a related field. Additional certifications or training in legal documentation can be advantageous.
  • Minimum 1+ years of proven experience in handling legal drafting such as Wills,
  • In-depth knowledge of legal requirements and procedures related to Wills and POA documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools used for documentation and process management.
