We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in attracting, assessing, and acquiring talented individuals to contribute to our company's success.

Responsibilities

  • Source, attract, and recruit top-tier candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, referrals).
  • Review resumes, conduct screenings, and schedule interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, including arranging interviews with hiring managers and collecting feedback.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance our employer brand, promoting the company as an employer of choice.
  • Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into their roles.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to recruitment activities, ensuring compliance with hiring policies and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field.
  • Atleast 1- 2 years proven work experience as an HR Recruiter.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn & Naukri would be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
