We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and mentoring a team to achieve revenue targets. This role requires a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to implement strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Lead, train, and mentor a team of real estate sales agents to maximize performance.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Oversee the sales pipeline, tracking leads and conversions to optimize performance.
Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and lead-generation strategies.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the real estate industry.
Negotiate and finalize deals with buyers, sellers, and investors.
Prepare sales reports and present key insights to senior management.
Requirements
Proven experience (5+ years) in real estate sales as a manager.
Strong leadership, personality, and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.
In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools (Zoho specifically).
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
Valid real estate license & driving licence.
Should have proven track record of building the brokerage company from scratch.
