Business Development Executive for POAs

As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, guide clients through the processes, providing expert advice and support to ensure a smooth and successful setup, and drive growth for the company.

Responsibilities :

  • Analyse client requirements and provide assistance and information on product/service.
  • Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
  • Remain knowledgeable on product/service offered.
  • Pitch new ideas and approach on both the product and clients.
  • Ensure high level of client satisfaction through excellent sales service

Must Have Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Masters Degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 3+ years of extensive experience of working in Consultative Sales.
  • Highly structured and detail oriented.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

Must Have Skills:

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and organizational skills with demonstrated history of converting leads.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good sales planning skills.
