Tasks and Responsibilities

  1. Contributing ideas to marketing campaigns
  2. Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences
  3. Compiling, distributing, and presenting ideas, information, and strategies
  4. Coordinating promotional activities, events, and interviews
  5. Managing production and performance of multimedia content
  6. Maintaining websites and tracking data analytics
  7. Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
  8. Monitoring budgets
  9. Managing social media campaigns
  10. Monitoring performance of marketing campaign


  • Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn.
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads and Social Media Ads).
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
  • A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
