HR Executive

Human Resources Executive plays a crucial role in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. This role involves managing HR processes, supporting employee development, and promoting company culture. Must Have Responsibilities

  • Onboarding/Offboarding:

    • Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the company.
    • Manage the visa, work permits, cancellations, etc.
  • Employee Relations:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
    • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Culture & Engagement:

    • Organize and promote company events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
    • Gather employee feedback and implement initiatives to improve engagement and satisfaction.
    • Champion company values and encourage a positive work environment.
  • Performance Management & Training Support:

    • Provide necessary support to the HR Manager to ensure performance management and training initiatives of the company are completed as per deadlines.
  • HR Policy & Documentation:

    • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation.
    • Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Payroll & Compensation:

    • Ensure monthly payroll is processed with 100% accuracy and as per timelines.
    • Support the HR Manager with all compensation & benefits-related initiatives.

Must Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an HR or People & Culture role in UAE is a must.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
