If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will rectify the situation. If we are unable to rectify the situation, we will either offer you a refund or a credit that may be used by you for any future services.
Satisfaction Guarantee Terms:
- Any request under this guarantee must be made within 30 days of the date of your order. We will process your request within five (5) working days after receipt. We would, however, not refund or credit any amounts paid to government departments, VAT, other taxes, payments made or to be made to third party service providers or any out of pocket costs incurred or committed by us to be incurred in connection with your order (for example, translation costs).
- Please note that we do not guarantee the results or outcome of your particular document or service requested by you. For example, it is possible that any third party or government may reject a document presented by you for any reason beyond our control. This may also happen due to incorrect order placed by you or for any other reasons. Issues of this nature are beyond our control and are not covered by this guarantee.
- Since we dedicate time and efforts on your orders, this guarantee will only cover satisfaction issues that have been caused by InZone and not as a result of any changes to your circumstances or change of mind.
