The central objective of this role is to drive the improvement and ensure compliance of the graphics services and delivery with the brand guidelines, collaborating with content teams and stakeholders across the company.
Develop a clear understanding of the target audience come up creative design.
Devise efficient processes for managing the brand implementation as a whole and in all its forms.
Creative direction and oversight of the execution of high quality, compelling content and concepts, and liaise regularly with stakeholders and internal teams to understand project requirements.
Oversee the planning, development, and execution of creative projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Incorporate storytelling elements to enhance project presentations and deliverables.
Utilize advanced graphic design skills to create visually compelling materials for various channels, including digital, print, and social media. Employ storytelling techniques to ensure each design piece communicates a clear and engaging message.
Ensure consistency and integrity of the InZone brand across all creative outputs. Use storytelling to reinforce brand identity and values.
Work closely with designer and videographers, and other internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet business goals. Integrate storytelling into collaborative efforts to create cohesive and impactful campaigns.
Develop and implement marketing strategies for specific projects, highlighting InZone’s expertise and achievements. Leverage storytelling to showcase project successes and client testimonials.
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the creative process and output. Explore new storytelling methods and tools to enhance our creative work.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a creative or brand management role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
Preferably, experience in the Middle East region.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, figma, etc.)
Strong understanding of design principles, UI and UX, typography, and color theory.
Has a strong sense of aesthetics and quality management
