SEO Specialist

We are seeking a talented and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. Candidates who have prior experience in service based would be preferred. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to enhance our online visibility, drive organic traffic, and improve search engine rankings. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, content optimization, and data analysis.

Must Have Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough keyword research to identify target keywords and phrases.
• Optimize website content, including landing pages, blog posts, and meta tags, for improved search engine visibility.
• Work with AI-powered SEO and content tools (e.g., Jasper, Frase, Surfer SEO, Market Muse).
• Perform on-page and off-page optimization techniques to increase organic search rankings.
• Monitor and analyse website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, such as broken links, crawl errors, and site speed optimization.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and algorithm changes to ensure effective SEO strategies.
• Generate regular reports on SEO performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Optimize existing content and create briefs for new content using AIO tools and strategies.
• Understand E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) and ensure it’s applied in all SEO strategies.

Must Have Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years’ experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools is a must.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website optimization techniques.
• Ability to write or guide the creation of SEO-optimized, AI-enhanced content.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in service-based industry or client base is preferred.
• Bonus: Understanding of AI’s role in search (e.g., Search Generative Experience – SGE, Bing Chat, etc.).
